📋 Relevé 31 included from Optimum — La Griffe Immobilière produces the Relevé 31 (Quebec rental income slip) for your eligible tenants. This tax obligation is handled and supervised by our CPA team.

💡 Why include tenant placements in Optimum and Premium plans?

Choosing a good tenant is the best investment you can make. A good tenant means 3–5 years of stability. A bad one can mean months of problems. Our higher-tier plans include this service to encourage you to choose well — and to reward your loyalty. Each placement includes: advertising, visits, credit check, references and lease signing.

20 units and over

For large buildings, we prepare a custom proposal based on complexity, volume and your long-term management objectives.
