Frequently asked questions

Do you manage all types of income properties?

We primarily manage duplexes, triplexes, quadruplexes and quintuplexes (under 6 units), as well as buildings with 6 to 20 units. For larger buildings (20+ units), we offer custom proposals based on complexity.

Can I stay involved in important decisions?

Absolutely. Our mandate clearly defines authorization levels. Expenses exceeding an agreed threshold require your approval. You retain final control over all important decisions.

What happens with unpaid rent?

We apply a structured follow-up process from the first late payment. If necessary, we accompany you through TAL (Tribunal administratif du logement) proceedings according to Quebec regulations.

Do you produce the Relevé 31?

Yes, starting with the Optimum plan. We prepare and produce the Relevé 31 (Quebec rental income slip) for eligible tenants. This tax obligation is supervised by our CPA team. The Basic plan does not include this service.

Do you also handle tenant placement?

Yes. The Optimum plan includes 1 free placement per year (60% after), and the Premium plan includes 2 free placements per year (50% after). The Basic plan charges 75% of one month's rent per placement.

Can I cancel the contract?

Yes. Cancellation terms are clearly stated in the mandate. Our goal is to be a long-term partner — if our collaboration doesn't meet your needs, we will facilitate the transition.
